Session Format

45-Minute Sessions

All MERC sessions are capped at 45 minutes with structured rest breaks included. Designed for all fitness levels — you go at your own pace.

Captain-Led

Every run is led by your local MERC captain who sets a steady, consistent pace ensuring the whole group runs together and no one is left behind.

Community First

Sessions are social events as much as training runs. Captains foster a welcoming, inclusive environment built on mutual encouragement.
